Welcome to Adrian Dubiel Consulting. My name is Adrian Dubiel, and I’m an award-winning entrepreneur and philanthropist from San Diego, California. I’ve worked in healthcare for almost 20 years, helping doctors and treatment centers improve their services. I aim to improve healthcare for everyone, and I’m here to share my experience and knowledge with you.
I started my career in healthcare because I wanted to make a difference. Over the years, I’ve worked with many doctors, mental health facilities, and rehab centers. My job is to help them find better ways to care for their patients and run their businesses more efficiently.
Besides my consulting work, I also founded the Coastal Detox of Southern California. This is one of the best medical detox and drug treatment centers in the United States. In 2024, we were nominated for Best Rehab Facility in California, which shows how hard we work to help our patients.
A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart. I am alone, and feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine.
In 2024, I was nominated for Executive of the Year for my substance abuse and rehab work. This award recognizes the hard work of my entire team at Coastal Detox of Southern California. We are committed to setting new standards in addiction treatment and helping our patients recover.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is mentoring and sponsoring people in recovery. Right now, I mentor and sponsor 25 former alcoholics and addicts. Many of them have gone on to become successful businesspeople and entrepreneurs. This shows how important support and guidance are in the recovery process.
